# Báo lỗi

**Có 2 cách để thực hiện thao tác báo lỗi**\
**Cách 1: Báo lỗi sau khi chuyển văn bản**\
Sau khi chuyển văn bản phát hiện lỗi, khách hàng thao tác chọn vào nút ![](/files/3wR6VPwNWiAx89TlCfJb) trên nút **Tải xuống**, sau đó chọn **Báo lỗi**

**Cách 2: Báo lỗi tại mục Danh sách chuyển đổi**

Khách hàng chọn mục **Danh sách chuyển đổi** ở cuối giao diện Chuyển văn bản

Sau đó chọn **Báo lỗi.**

Tại giao diện trang hỗ trợ, khách hàng vui lòng nhập thông tin mô tả chi tiết lỗi đang gặp sau đó bấm **Gửi yêu cầu**

Sau khi báo lỗi thành công sẽ có email xác nhận gửi về, bộ phận Hỗ trợ của Vbee sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra và phản hồi qua email (có thể sẽ có nhân viên liên hệ với bạn để xác thực thêm một số thông tin qua số điện thoại hoặc zalo bạn để lại).
