# Không thể truy cập trang web và tải file audio

Lỗi thường gặp khi khách hàng sử dụng mạng của nhà mạng Viettel hoặc FPT

Thực hiện tải file audio sau khi chuyển văn bản bị báo lỗi:

## Khắc phục bằng cách thực hiện đổi lại DNS theo hướng dẫn:

**Bước 1:** Vào **Settings** sau đó chọn **Network & Internet.**

**Bước 2:** Bấm **Status** > Ở phần WiFi chọn **Properties** > Bấm **Edit**.

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Manual** > Xuất hiện cửa sổ mới kéo xuống phần DNS > **Nhập DNS** ở **Preferred DNS** và **Alternate DNS** > **Save**.

(Preferred DNS là DNS chính, Alternate DNS là DNS phụ khi DNS chính không hoạt động)

**Nhập DNS theo thông số sau:**           1.1.1.1     (Preferred DNS)

&#x20;                                                                 8.8.8.8  (Alternate DNS)
