Tại Trang chủ [vbee.vn](https://vbee.vn/), nếu trang bị trắng, không đăng nhập được, Khách hàng thực hiện xóa cookie theo các bước sau:

Sau đó chọn vào **Cookie và dữ liệu trang web**

Sau đó lựa chọn **Quản lý dữ liệu trang web trên thiết bị**

Sau đó chọn vào biểu tượng ![](/files/loQbla28hkPpmUSwoGg6)để xóa cookie tại mục **accounts.vbee.vn** và **vbee.vn**

Khách hàng thao tác xóa và load lại trang để kiểm tra.
