# Xóa tài khoản

Khi người dùng muốn thực hiện xóa tài khoản, vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau.\

Truy cập app **Vbee AIVoice - Text To Speech** trên điện thoại và đăng nhập vào tài khoản cần xóa\
(Nếu chưa tải app, vui lòng tải app tại <https://app.vbee.vn/> )

Chọn tab **Hồ sơ** sau đó chọn nút **Xóa tài khoản**

Đọc kỹ các lưu ý, tích chọn vào ô **Tôi đã đọc và hiểu** sau đó bấm **Tiếp tục**<br>

Nhập thông tin xác nhận " **TÔI ĐỒNG Ý** " - viết có dấu và in hoa đúng theo yêu cầu. Sau đó chọn **Xóa tài khoản.**<br>

Như vậy thao tác xóa tài khoản đã thành công, người dùng không thể tiếp tục đăng nhập vào tài khoản.&#x20;

⚠️ **Lưu ý:**&#x20;

* Tài khoản đang có gói gia hạn tự động cần hủy tính năng tự động gia hạn mới có thể tiến hành xóa tài khoản.
* Người dùng có giọng chia sẻ trên thư viện cộng đồng không thể xóa tài khoản. Muốn xóa, cần yêu cầu gỡ giọng và chờ đến hết thời gian duy trì giọng và giọng được gỡ hoàn toàn khỏi thư viện giọng cộng đồng.
* Khi thực hiện xóa tài khoản, người dùng đã thực hiện **xóa vĩnh viên** và hệ thống sẽ **không cho phép tạo tài khoản mới** bằng chính thông tin của tài khoản đã xóa.
